Stronger| ‘she is worth more than jewels’

Stronger is a residential facility for girls aged up to aged 30 who would like to support to become ‘Stronger.’

Girls can be housed in the ‘Stronger’ house that is a beautiful purpose-built facility with individual homely bedrooms, shared kitchen and dining facilities. Once accepted into the Stronger House girls will sign up to a 12-month programme, based around their needs, to cause them to develop their skills, confidence and character.

Whilst in the Stronger House:

Accommodation will be provided

Attendance to the development course will be required

Nursery facilities will be provided for children

A suitable bedroom and wash facilities are provided

Access to kitchen facilities and Stronger meal times

Towards the end of the year a second year programme will be designed to meet the individuals needs.

Stronger is a ministry of Bethel City Church; it is based on Christian ethics and principles. You do no need to be a Christian to be accepted into the Stronger House but you must be willing to adhere to the programme and rules of the Stronger House.

There is no charge but the individuals’ housing benefits will be used to fund their stay in the Stronger House.

Whilst in the Stronger House you must adhere to the following:
Attendance to development course

No alcohol/illegal drugs is to be consumed on site
No smoking is to take place on site
You will not be allowed to return to Stronger under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
Visiting rules
Participation and co-operation in the smooth functioning of Stronger
Attendance at Bethel City Church City Gathering.
